At Kreitoe Furniture, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure every product meets our quality standards. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- The request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Items that are custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items
- Items that have been assembled, used, or modified by the customer
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos/videos showing the damage.
- Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
If eligible, we will offer:
- Replacement of the damaged part
- Product exchange
- Full or partial refund (depending on severity of damage)
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support at sales@kreitoefurniture.com.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return approval and instructions.
- Ship the product back using the method we provide.
Note:
Return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged item).
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.
If the item is damaged due to improper packaging or handling during the return, the refund may be reduced or denied.
6. Order Cancellation
Order cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of purchase.
For custom or made-to-order furniture, cancellations after production begins are not permitted.
7. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective product
- Items eligible under the return conditions
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
